Code of Business Conduct
Pathward’s Code of Business Conduct outlines our commitment to ethical well-being and doing the right thing. The reputational integrity of Pathward relies upon the ethical and honest actions of our employees and Board Members. We also expect third parties, including contingent workers and contractors, to act in a way that is consistent with the Code and upholds our commitment to ethical actions when they are performing work for us, or on our behalf. In the event someone observes, experiences, or learns about a potential or actual Code violation, the Code provides multiple ways to report the issue. If you see something, say something.
