Living our Values

At Pathward, we are committed to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) to meet the dynamic needs of our workforce and business. We aim to cultivate an environment where every employee is embraced and recognized for their unique contributions in serving our clients, partners, andcommunities.

Pathward's commitment to DEIB starts with our employees. They inspire our organization to foster environments that raise awareness and create a mutual understanding of our differences and similarities. From Employee Resource Groups to driving economic mobility in the communities where we work, Pathward is building a culture of belonging where all employees are treated with dignity and respect

Employee Resource Groups

Pathward’s employee resource groups (ERGs) connect our employees across the country. They build and strengthen communities of ERG members and allies and develop the next generation of leaders. In addition to elevating employee voices and providing connections, ERGs help build individual and enterprise awareness, action, and accountability in making our workplace and business more diverse and inclusive. Every Pathward ERG is open to all employees, and more than 30percent of employees participate in at least one of our ERGs.

DEIB Curriculum

We strive to foster a culture where each employee feels safe and has a sense of belonging - and learning is a foundational start to facilitate achieving that. Employees at all levels of the company can participate in a DEIB curriculum that provides regular educational and training opportunities around topics such as inclusive leadership, implicit bias, and how to be an ally or advocate.
